Our government client is seeking to replace hand held scanners with iOS devices, with infrared sleds into a cloud environment for asset tracking. I am interested sending you the customer’s use cases and obtaining demos of the software. Please call me at 202-304-6171 or email me at ari_20191@hotmail.com / arazeu.mianegaz@shabas.net to set up the demo via Meeting Place or Skype. Our use cases are available upon request.

Hello! One of our team members will get back with you today. Thanks!
Good afternoon Berry. My name is Jared Price. I am Healthcare Technician for SWC. We are a nurse call company for hospitals in Georgia. I love what you’ve done with your App. I’m hoping you may help me w/my problem. As I use my phone to scan barcodes, I need them to populate a company designed QC2 spreadsheet. I like the import to .CSV feature, I’m just not savvy enough yet to get it to work on my iPhone.
Hello Jared,
Thank you for contacting us.
How are you using Scan to Spreadsheet in the hospital?
Why do you need to import the file?
Only asking so we can tailor our answers in a more helpful manner.
Here is a demonstration of import and lookup on scan. Make sure when you save the spreadsheet it is in the CSV format (comma separated values). And the name is import.csv; check that it is not being named import.csv.csv which can happen sometimes depending on your computer settings.
